What isthe treatment?
Regenerative treatments do not add volume or mask a problem; they restart the repair processes that slow down with age, after acne or after aggressive treatment. Skin density and quality improve over the following weeks rather than the following hour.
The clinic combines four tools: Dermapen microneedling to open controlled micro-channels, Arthrex PRF and the MCT Kit to deliver concentrates from your own blood, and Dermalux LED to calm and support recovery. The combination is chosen for your skin, not booked as a set.

The session
Numbing cream where needed, the needling pass or the preparation of the concentrate, then the active is applied or injected. Forty to sixty minutes.

For shallow marks, often yes. Deeper atrophic scars usually need RF microneedling or Er:YAG resurfacing as well — we will tell you honestly which you have.
Both use your own blood. The MCT Kit produces a different preparation and is designed to cover up to three zones in one visit.
Numbing cream makes needling and injections comfortable; you feel pressure, vibration and brief stings. LED is painless.
Yes — PRP and the MCT Kit are used on the scalp, and Regenera is the option when follicles need stronger support.
Skin looks better from around week three, with the fuller effect at three months. Hair is judged at three months, since the follicle cycle is slow.
Dermapen microneedling is AED 200. Arthrex PRF is AED 1,350, and the MCT Kit is AED 1,500 for one zone, AED 1,700 for two and AED 1,900 for three. Exosomes start at AED 750 for the ASCE+ Derma Signal Kit and Croma Purasomes Nutri / Glow, and Croma Purasomes Hair and Sculpt is AED 1,100.
