What aredermal fillers?
Lip filler is hyaluronic acid placed in the body of the lip, along the border or in the corners of the mouth. Depending on the plan it adds a little volume, sharpens the outline, balances an asymmetry or simply restores hydration to lips that have thinned and lined with age.
The goal is proportion, not size. The doctor looks at the upper-to-lower lip ratio, the teeth, the chin and the profile before deciding how much — often less than patients expect. Because it is hyaluronic acid, the result can be dissolved if it ever needs to be.

Consultation and plan
The doctor studies the lips in motion and at rest, agrees the shape you want and confirms the product. If you are prone to cold sores, we discuss prevention first.

The injection
Numbing cream, then fine, slow injections with a mirror check between steps. Thirty to forty minutes in total.

Settling and review
The lips are swollen for one to three days and look their final shape at around two weeks — that is when we review and, if needed, refine.

Usually six to twelve months. Lips move constantly, so filler there tends to fade faster than in the cheeks or chin.
The lips are sensitive, but numbing cream and the lidocaine in most products keep it tolerable. Expect pressure and brief stings.
Lip filler starts from AED 1,300 per syringe (Saypha Filler). Hydration-only treatment with Saypha Rich is AED 950.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result ever needs to be corrected.
