What isthe treatment?
A peel applies a controlled acid to remove the surface layers and stimulate renewal beneath. Depth is what distinguishes them: superficial mandelic and azelaic peels have no downtime, while Green Peel Classic and ME LINE work deeper and flake for days.
For pigmentation the protocol matters more than the acid: ME LINE and PCA Pigment Correct are used in courses with home care, because in Dubai's sun a single strong peel without preparation can make melasma worse.

Consultation
We read the skin, identify the type of pigmentation and choose the acid, the depth and the preparation your skin needs first.

The peel
Cleansing, application, neutralisation and calming care. Thirty to forty-five minutes, with tingling and warmth during the application.

Peeling and protection
Flaking from day two to day five on deeper peels. SPF 50 daily and no picking — that is what protects the result.

Mandelic and azelaic peels barely flake; Green Peel Classic and ME LINE peel visibly for three to five days. We plan the depth around your calendar.
Superficial peels yes, with strict SPF. Deeper pigment protocols are safest in cooler months or with disciplined sun avoidance.
Four to six two to four weeks apart for most goals, then maintenance.
They are one part of it, together with home care and sun protection. Melasma is managed rather than cured, and honesty about that matters.
That is decided at the consultation, after the therapist or doctor has read the skin and asked about your sun exposure and calendar.
Peels start at AED 350 for the Azelaico or Mandelico peel. PCA peels and Appex are AED 650, Green Peel Fresh Up and ME LINE Caucasian AED 750, and Green Peel Classic AED 850.
