What isthe treatment?
Polynucleotides (PN) and PDRN are purified DNA fragments, most often derived from salmon. Injected into the dermis, they act as a scaffold and a signal for repair: they support fibroblasts, help the tissue recover and gradually improve thickness, elasticity and texture.
That makes them different from a classic hyaluronic booster. Hyaluronic acid adds water; polynucleotides help the skin rebuild itself. They suit skin that is thin, reactive or slow to recover — and the under-eye area, where few other injectables are gentle enough.

Numbing cream, then micro-injections across the area. The small bumps left by the product flatten within hours to a day.

Usually three sessions two to four weeks apart. The skin improves gradually; maintenance once or twice a year holds the result.

Both are DNA fragments from the same source; PDRN is a lower-molecular-weight form and polynucleotides are longer chains. In practice the product and its concentration matter more than the label.
Biorevitalization delivers hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin. Polynucleotides support repair and regeneration. Dry skin usually needs the first; thin or damaged skin, the second.
Some patients notice a fresher look after the first session, but the real change in thickness and texture builds over four to eight weeks.
Rejuran I and Rejuran S are AED 1,200, Rejuran Healer AED 1,390 and Plinest Eyes AED 1,150. The lowest price in this list is RRS Eyes at AED 800, an eye booster the doctor may suggest instead.
Polynucleotides are thicker than hyaluronic boosters, so we always use numbing cream. Most patients find it very tolerable.
