What isthe treatment?
MCT (PRP Treatment) is a PRP procedure using the Meta Cell Technology system. PRP, platelet-rich plasma, is prepared from a small sample of your own blood; platelets contain growth factors that take part in natural tissue renewal and repair.
The MCT system consists of the MCT Unit and a sterile, single-use MCT Kit® cassette that holds the prepared plasma while a controlled light-and-temperature protocol is applied. The conditioned plasma is then applied by the clinician, who selects the method and area according to your goals.

How MCT works
The MCT Unit applies a predefined combination of light wavelength, temperature and exposure time to the prepared PRP inside the MCT Kit. For the MCT Plasma preset, the manufacturer specifies red light at 620 nm and controlled cooling at 4 °C.
This photothermal process is designed to condition the platelets and influence the release of growth factors involved in tissue renewal. The protocol used for your treatment is confirmed by the clinician at consultation.
Skin quality and regenerative support
PRP-based treatments are used in aesthetic medicine to support skin quality and natural tissue renewal. Depending on the treatment plan, they may be considered for dull or tired-looking skin, uneven texture, early signs of ageing and skin that would benefit from a regenerative approach.
Patients often look for a fresher, smoother and more revitalised appearance. Changes develop gradually, and the clinician recommends the application method and area based on your goals.
Hair and scalp

What to expect
The clinician explains the proposed treatment, reviews your medical history and confirms whether PRP is appropriate. A blood sample is taken and PRP is prepared; the plasma is placed into the sterile MCT Kit, conditioned with the selected protocol, and then administered according to the treatment plan.
