Collagen stimulators are biocompatible particles placed in the deeper layers of the skin. The body responds by producing new collagen around them, so the skin becomes thicker and firmer over weeks and months. The result builds slowly and looks like your own skin, because it is.
They suit diffuse loss of density — skin that has thinned and loosened across the face — better than a single deep fold. Unlike hyaluronic fillers they cannot be dissolved, which is why the product, the dose and the depth are a medical decision made at the consultation.

The injection
Numbing cream, then cannula or needle in the deeper layers. Thirty to forty-five minutes. After Sculptra you will be shown how to massage the area for several days.

The months after
Mild swelling settles in a few days. Collagen builds over two to three months; further sessions are spaced four to eight weeks apart.

Filler gives volume on the day and can be dissolved. A collagen stimulator works through your own collagen, builds slowly and cannot be dissolved.
Radiesse shows some change on the day; with Sculptra and JuveLook the improvement appears gradually over two to three months.

From AED 1,500 for JuveLook 4 ml. Sculptra is AED 1,600 for 5 ml and AED 2,200 for 10 ml; Radiesse 1.5 ml is AED 2,200.
