What isDermalux LED?
Dermalux is a professional LED phototherapy system that delivers selected wavelengths of light to support the skin’s natural renewal processes. The treatment is non-invasive and comfortable, with no peeling and no intentional injury to the skin. The light programme is chosen according to your skin concerns and treatment plan.
Dermalux can be used as a standalone skin treatment or as part of a wider treatment plan. It works on skin quality; it does not replace treatments intended to create a surgical lift or a major structural change.

What doesit treat?
- Acne-prone skin and visible breakouts
- Redness and a complexion that looks stressed
- Dull-looking skin and uneven texture
- Fine lines and visible signs of ageing
- Skin recovery as part of a clinician-led treatment plan

- Photosensitive conditions such as lupus or porphyria
- Epilepsy triggered by light
- Recent isotretinoin — we will wait and reassess

Acne-prone skin
Blue light at 415 nm targets acne-associated bacteria and can help reduce breakouts and improve the appearance of blemish-prone skin. The plan is selected according to the type and severity of acne and may be combined with other appropriate acne care.
It is best suited to breakout-prone skin, visible blemishes and uneven-looking skin clarity.
Redness & sensitive-looking skin
Red and near-infrared light are used in Dermalux protocols to help calm the look of irritated skin and reduce visible redness. The treatment is gentle and non-invasive, which makes it a useful option within a professionally planned routine for skin that looks reactive or stressed.
A consultation helps determine whether LED phototherapy is appropriate for your skin and current skincare routine.
Skin rejuvenation & radiance
Red light at 633 nm supports skin rejuvenation protocols and can help improve the appearance of fine lines, skin tone and texture. Near-infrared light may be added to support skin recovery and help reduce visible redness. Over a course of treatments, the goal is a fresher, smoother and more radiant-looking complexion.
Dermalux may also complement selected treatments, such as AquaPure HydraFacial or rejuvenation procedures, when the timing is appropriate. Combination and sequencing are decided by the clinician.

BiorevitalizationHow it works.
Dermalux uses three key wavelengths: blue light at 415 nm targets acne-associated bacteria and helps improve skin clarity; red light at 633 nm supports skin rejuvenation and the appearance of tone and texture; near-infrared light at 830 nm supports skin recovery and helps reduce visible redness. These wavelengths are non-UV light.
The clinician selects a single wavelength or a combination according to the treatment goal and the device protocol.

Where we use it.
Chosen for.
Asked beforebooking.
No. The treatment is non-invasive and generally comfortable.
Usually not; most clients return to normal activities straight away.
It depends on the concern and the treatment plan. A course is commonly used when cumulative improvement is the goal; the number and frequency are personalised.
Dermalux can be used across a wide range of skin types, but individual suitability is assessed at consultation.
Yes, it may be part of a wider plan, for example alongside AquaPure HydraFacial, acne care or selected rejuvenation treatments. Your clinician decides the timing.
Some medical conditions, marked light sensitivity and photosensitising medications may make treatment unsuitable. Tell your clinician about relevant conditions and all medications before treatment.
From AED 420 for one session. Packages of two and three sessions are in the price list on this page.

“LED is the treatment I add after everything aggressive. Twenty minutes under the panel after a peel or needling visibly shortens the redness — patients go back to normal life a day or two sooner.”
Treated by a clinic,not a salon.
