Hyperhidrosis is sweating well beyond what the body needs to cool down — enough to mark clothing, affect confidence and shape what you wear. In Dubai's climate it is a daily problem rather than an occasional one.
Small doses of botulinum toxin, Botulax or Dysport, are placed just under the skin of the treated area. They temporarily block the nerve signal that drives the sweat glands, so sweating there drops markedly while the body continues to cool itself through the rest of the skin.
